These are LARGE BODIED, IMPRESSIVE farm raised BULLS ready for processing the end of August.  You purchase the live animal and we will haul it to the local processing plant of your choice.

Your Trophy Bull will provide you with a valuable freezer full of excellent eating, high quality red meat - as long as butchering takes place before the bull goes into rut.

Elk Meat has less fat, less saturated fat, less cholesterol and even less calories than skinless chicken! 

Doraisamy Elk are grass and hay fed without the use of chemicals, and are supplemented mostly with non-GE corn and grains grown on our own farm.  No antibiotics, steroids or hormones are used.
